Whistleblowing channel

Grupo Rentfrio provides employees, collaborators, suppliers and third parties with an internal reporting channel to report, in good faith, possible breaches of regulations or of our code of conduct. This channel complies with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.

What can you report?

Actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law, serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, or breaches of our internal policies, of which you have become aware in a work or professional context.

Guarantees

• Confidentiality. The reporting person's identity is confidential and known only to those responsible for managing the channel.
• Anonymity. You may submit your report anonymously: no identification field is mandatory.
• No retaliation. Any retaliation against those who report in good faith is prohibited.
• Data protection. Data is processed in accordance with Law 2/2023 and our Privacy policy.

Deadlines

You will receive acknowledgement of receipt of your report within a maximum of 7 calendar days from its receipt (provided you have given a means of contact). The maximum period to respond to the investigation will not exceed 3 months from that acknowledgement of receipt.
